Passion fruit curd on a rustic pastry is dotted with passion fruit pulp, then draped in a protective layer of clear glaze to retain its vibrant yellow colour. The curd has a uniquely intoxicating taste by combining fresh passion fruit with the creaminess of butter, egg yolks, sugar, and lemon.

First up, our new Lamb Gyro with Lemon Potatoes, Rice, & Tzatziki. We started with succulent lamb shoulder marinated in rosemary and lemon, studded with garlic and roasted to perfection. Then we shaved the lamb into tempting slices and crisped them under the broiler. Aromatic rice pilaf, comforting lemon potatoes and our famous tzatziki complete this oh-so-satisfying dish.

For March, our culinary team created the most delicious Citrus Olive Oil Poppy Seed Cake β our own version of the famous olive oil cake that made its big debut online last year. The name may sound simple, but believe us, it tastes incredible. We should have called it the everyday cake!

Inspired by a famous Naples chef, this savoury, next-level Bolognese satisfies with San Marzano tomatoes (of course), Italian sausages, beef short ribs, and fragrant fresh basil. Itβs simmered for hours to get to that tender βOMG! this-is-so-good!β stage. So good, in fact, we called it Hell of a Bolognese!
