WATCH: How To Build A Showstopper Cheeseboard

Start with a beautiful board then layer on floral greens and a few large leaves. Add your cheeses — large chunks tempt and allow the cheese to be the hero.
We love toasty Manchego, nutty Comté, tangy Roquefort, buttery triple-cream Château de Bourgogne, and our own Marinated Ontario Chèvre — creamy and tart.
Use small bowls to offer our Golden Fig & Honey Preserve, Spicy Pepper Jelly, and bakery-made Maple Pecans, Cheese Straws, Crostini, and Crackers. Briny gherkins and olives are always a good addition.
Finish with a sprinkle of our new edible flower petals, and voilà — you’re party-ready.
Pro Tip: odd numbers always look best: 3, 5, or 7, and make sure to place rind facing in.
