Orders & Returns
Return policy. All the claims must be made within 24 hours of "Pick Up" or Delivery time. You are 100% covered for quality satisfaction, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, just let us know and we will refund you in full.
Credit Card Charges. When you place your order, instead of immediately charging your card, we place a temporary authorization hold for an amount slightly higher than your order total at checkout. We place this authorization hold in case your total turns out to be higher due to added items, replacement items, or weight adjustments. After the order is complete, the hold will drop off, and your card will be charged for the final total as shown in the email receipt.
Fulfillment. When our staff picks your order, they follow the substitution preferences as selected by you during the checkout process. Before finalizing the charge, your order total is adjusted as per any item replacements or removals. This way you are charged exactly for the items in your final order, nothing more or less.
Editing Order. Once the order is placed, you can make changes to your order Here. Note that the system allows changes till the store starts picking your order or few hours before the Pick Up or Delivery time.
Tips. While placing the order, you can choose to leave a tip. Our system in some cases provides the percentage guidelines to facilitate the tipping. Note that these percentages are for guiding purposes only and any tip that you decide to leave is taken as the absolute dollar value.
