Our Beef Wellington is the real deal. Celebratory and festive, Beef Wellington always impresses. But, let’s be honest, it’s a pretty big undertaking. That’s why we’ve made it for you.

Our chefs have mastered this hand-crafted, wow-factor dish.

They start with AAA beef tenderloin that’s been seared and brushed with Dijon. It’s wrapped in light-as-air crepes, umami-deep prosciutto, and a spread of earthy, mushroom-rich duxelles.

Our bakery-made puff pastry encases it all (it’s beyond flaky) and our chefs add a final flourish with a signature lattice top.

There are a limited number of these beauties available (they’re sold frozen so thaw them in the fridge overnight before baking) and they always sell out!

We love to serve this impressive dish with  our Red Wine Sauce and a pour of Bordeaux is a perfect complement. Enjoy!
