Move over pricey beef, there’s a new main in town! We created a pork dish that’s as impressive-looking as it is delicious — meet our new Dijon-Crusted Rack of Pork wrapped in Bacon.
Our chefs started with a premium pork loin rib roast, slathered it in a savoury Dijon crust then wrapped it in smoky bacon. Can’t you just taste it?
Tender, juicy and so flavourful. It’s neatly tied so it’s oven-prepped and ready to roast. We think it’s a nice alternative to beef and love it with green beans, but it really goes with any of your favourite sides. Plus, it feels holiday-special and couldn’t be easier to prep.
