Our new Kale & Radicchio Salad with Breadcrumb Croutons is so good!
We’ve elevated slaw with a delicious mix of Tuscan kale, red radicchio, crisp fennel and the yummiest Zante currants.
The veggies are thinly sliced, the currants add sweetness and the dressing has a really nice hint of fresh orange.
Made-in-house breadcrumb croutons bring it all together with the perfect crunch – these croutons cling to every bite, so there are no hard, dried pieces you can’t push a fork through. Genius!
To keep it fresh, we put the dressing and croutons on the side – all you have to do is drizzle and sprinkle. Enjoy!
