Our new Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy brings back memories. Remember those old-school TV dinners you loved as a kid? We’ve put a modern spin on them with this retro classic that’s so good!
We mixed tender ground beef with lots of good stuff, but the real star is the gravy.
It’s silky and savoury with earthy cremini mushrooms, rich beef stock and we even added a little whole milk to make it more glossy and decadent.
The taste is nostalgic, satisfying and perfect for an easy dinner (eaten in front of the TV, optional). It pairs with pretty much anything and we love it with our own Summerhill frozen organic broccoli. Enjoy!
