February 14th deserves a special meal
Our New Chicken Wellington lifts the spirit and does the trick!
We wanted to create something really special for February, and you. Our best-selling Beef Wellington from December was our inspo, but the chefs knew they could nail a more approachable price point.
They came up with this irresistible Chicken Wellington. Tender pounded chicken breasts are hugged by a savoury mushroom filling with creamy white-wine mustard sauce. Golden flaky pastry wraps it all up so it feels fancy (but it’s still pure comfort food).
Summerhill’s own Chicken Wellington with Mustard Sauce is in all stores, and online here. It’s great for entertaining, but feel free to savour it in pjs for a fun movie night at home. Enjoy!
