Double dipping allowed — Ssamjang Sauce!
The beauty of Korean food is that the ingredients are clean, but packed with incredible flavour. And ssamjang sauce is a whole new level — mildly hot but out-of-this-world delicious. We’re all obsessed!
This dish is in our meat department, so we’re asking you to grill the marinated Bavette steak to just-cooked juiciness, then allow it to rest and slice thinly against the grain. Just add your own lettuce — try Bibb, iceberg, or even beautiful radicchio — and let everyone wrap their own steak bundles and spoon over that addictive sauce.
The minute you taste that sauce, you’ll be jumping on the ssamjang train. Just guard it before it’s gone — you’ll want to smother it on everything.

P.S. Heating instructions for the marinated Bavette: grill or cook in a stovetop skillet. If using a skillet, brush off excess marinade before searing to get a proper crust. Let rest well, then slice thinly against the grain.
