Inspired by a famous Naples chef, this savoury, next-level Bolognese satisfies with San Marzano tomatoes (of course), Italian sausages, beef short ribs, and fragrant fresh basil. It’s simmered for hours to get to that tender “OMG! this-is-so-good!” stage. So good, in fact, we called it Hell of a Bolognese!
