Start with our legendary and much-loved Holiday Fruit Cake. It’s from a traditional English recipe and our bakers begin prepping this boozy beauty in June, soaking aromatic fruit (think sultanas, currants, Thompson raisins) in brandy to craft over 2,600 (!!) fruit cakes. It really is a highly anticipated best-seller. Fun fact: our long-awaited loaves are bundled in brandy-soaked cheesecloth to age for a minimum of two months!
Next… bring on the cookies. Just try to resist our Double Chocolate Orange Cookie enlivened with the zing of a dried orange slice and a Terry’s chocolate orange candy on top. It's incredible!
As always, our pillowy, jam-filled Sufganiyot and flourless chocolate cake delight. Decadent pecan squares, Sticky toffee pudding and Mincemeat tarts offer nostalgic comfort, while marzipan-laced Stollen and our deliciously charred Burnt Basque Cheesecake serve up some global flavours.
