Make a showstopper cheeseboard, and stellar baked Brie 🍇 🧀


 We’ve got two easy, cheesy ways to add delicious cheer to any holiday party. First up: the most ooey-gooey, rich and creamy Baked Brie with Fig and Balsamic-Roasted Grapes using Summerhill's Own Triple Cream Brie (recipe below). This stunner has just 5 ingredients and takes less than 10 minutes to make. It’s super easy, super impressive and sure to become a holiday tradition!

Next: the ultimate cheeseboard. Start with the expert tip of mixing soft, hard and blue cheeses. And don’t forget to dress the board with lovely greenery – we like salal, magnolia leaves, or cedar branches. Next, place a bunch of green grapes in the middle and position the cheeses around them. Finish it off by filling in the gaps with fun stuff like colourful dried fruit, a bowl of fig compote, crackers – even savoury shortbread. That’s it – you’re done and guests will think you hired a caterer!

Not sure which cheeses to choose? Saint Agur, Boursin and Woolwich are crowd-pleasers. Other holiday favourites in our deli are West Dorset Black Cow Cheddar, Salt Spring Island Flower Goat—So pretty (available in our Rosedale location), and look for Kaltback Truffle Swiss Cheese and Gigha, a mild fruit-shaped cheese from Scotland.
