And can it be the holidays without our legendary Fruit Cake? Did you know our bakers begin soaking fruits in brandy in June to make this crowd-pleaser? It's aged to perfection, and filled with raisins, pineapple, cherries and currants, plus almonds and pecans, these cakes and loaves are finished with a zingy lemon and orange-peel glaze – yum!
They also make a great gift or double as a festive centrepiece.
