Meet your holiday dinner dessert: Salted Caramel Chocolate Lava Cake! 


 We worked hard, to get this knockout dessert just right, and now, all you have to do is follow the easy package directions, use a little wrist flip action, and you've got delicious lava cakes in less than 15 minutes.

Whether you're hosting a fancy dinner or need some family bonding time in the kitchen, these cakes are fun to make and loved by everyone. (They’re already popular and made the cover of our Holiday Entertaining Guide!) We did all the testing, trying and re-trying, making sure they’re foolproof for you.

You'll find the Salted Caramel Chocolate Lava Cakes in our freezer section, just follow these key steps and you’re done: Preheat your oven to 400°F. Remove the cakes from the freezer 30 minutes — no longer! — before baking. Bake for 12 minutes then rest in the foil for two minutes. 

Now, for the presentation… Invert each one onto individual serving plates and let rest for one minute before removing the foil. It's fun to watch the gorgeous caramel ooze from underneath the cake and pool on the plates. Yum!

You can garnish them with berries, or a little powdered sugar, but we love a sprinkle of Maldon sea salt to serve. So easy and so decadent. Enjoy!
