The Robert Redford Dessert — Right out of Grandma’s recipe box!
If you were going to Grandma’s house for dinner in the 70’s or even 80’s chances are pretty good you’ll remember this classic dessert! Remember that long glass dish layered with toasted pecans, chocolate pudding and cool whip chilling in the fridge? It was a family tradition, everyone loved it—and became the conversation for the day!
So for Valentine's Day we went through Grandma’s recipe box and pulled out this Hollywood classic—And made it even better.
Real whipping cream, homemade chocolate and vanilla pudding, cream cheese mousse, toasted pecans, and good dark chocolate shavings. We scooped it into small jars, the perfect size shared for 2—It’s a dream!
