Hell of a Bolognese đź¤
We thought you'd love this dish so much, we bottled it for you! It is meaty, chunky and so delicious. Perfect for an Italian dinner party, it's the most irresistible main.
Inspired by a famous Naples chef, this savoury, next-level Bolognese satisfies with San Marzano tomatoes (of course), Italian sausages, beef short ribs, and fragrant fresh basil. It’s simmered for hours to get to that tender “OMG! this-is-so-good!” stage. So good, in fact, we called it Hell of a Bolognese!
It’s topped with Parmigiano Reggiano and presented in our easy-to-heat tin with perfectly prepared penne that will maintain its al dente stage even after you heat it. It’s also available in a sealed 1-litre jar that keeps in your fridge for up to 3 months.
Serve in individual portions hot off the stove with extra fresh basil and Parmigiano Reggiano for garnish or family-style in the middle of the table allowing everyone to dig in! Caesar Salad and warmed baguettes are nice accompaniments.
