Making your own lamb roast at home for Easter just got easier!

Our Summerhill Market butchers have done all the heavy lifting for you. First, they marinate a New Zealand boneless leg of lamb in rosemary, garlic, and honey, then tie it all together and insert 12 cloves of garlic. All you have to do is place it in a roaster and pop it in your oven, then follow our easy heating instructions.

For a beautiful Easter table presentation, layer your serving platter with lemon slices and rosemary before placing your beautiful lamb roast on top. Then pair it with our delicious Beets and Goat Cheese with Raspberry Vinaigrette—they were made for each other! Enjoy!
