Making your own lamb roast at home for Easter just got easier!

Our Summerhill Market butchers have done all the heavy lifting for you! First, they marinate a New Zealand boneless leg of lamb in rosemary, garlic, and honey, then tie it all together and insert 12 cloves of garlic. So, all you have to do is pop it in your oven right in its tin—follow our easy heating instructions—1 hour per pound—and transfer the cooked roast to your Easter serving platter! Our prepared Lamb in Greek Marinade is in stores now.

If you want to prepare it from scratch yourself, you can pre-order our fresh Grass-Fed New Zealand Leg of Lamb and try our Lamb Roast in Greek Marinade (recipe below). Just give yourself a little time as it requires an overnight marinade, a 2 ½-hour cooking time, 40 minutes of rest time, and then another quick broil just before serving. The final result is well worth the wait and effort!

Either way, for a beautiful Easter table presentation, layer your serving platter with lemon slices and rosemary before placing your beautiful lamb roast on top. Then pair it with our delicious Beets and Goat Cheese with Raspberry Vinaigrette—they were made for each other! Enjoy!
