Everyone’s yakking about our yakitori
Grilled Chicken, Tender Mushrooms + Saucy Glaze = Yakitori Perfection.
There is something so happy about skewers. They just feel like summer – easy and fun. Inspired by traditional Japanese yakitori (‘yaki’ means grilled, ‘tori’ means chicken), our chefs have created a new skewer sensation perfect for summer.
They started with the marinade. It’s a sweet soy glory that glistens as it glazes. Bite-size morsels of chicken thighs and cremini mushrooms are skewered then brushed with this deep, sweet Tamari tantalizer.
They’re packaged and prepped so all you have to do is throw them on the grill. It couldn’t be easier and we suggest an accompaniment that’s also a cinch: Summerhill's Couscous Feta Salad.
