First up, our new Lamb Gyro with Lemon Potatoes, Rice, & Tzatziki. We started with succulent lamb shoulder marinated in rosemary and lemon, studded with garlic and roasted to perfection. Then we shaved the lamb into tempting slices and crisped them under the broiler. Aromatic rice pilaf, comforting lemon potatoes and our famous tzatziki complete this oh-so-satisfying dish.
