As always, these expertly prepared meals are created right in our Summerhill Market kitchen where we've obsessed over every detail: how it's packaged, how it looks, how it heats, and most importantly, how it tastes. We're always striving for a 10 - If we all agree, it gets space in the store!
First up, our new Lamb Gyro with Lemon Potatoes, Rice, & Tzatziki. We started with succulent lamb shoulder marinated in rosemary and lemon, studded with garlic and roasted to perfection. Then we shaved the lamb into tempting slices and crisped them under the broiler. Aromatic rice pilaf, comforting lemon potatoes and our famous tzatziki complete this oh-so-satisfying dish.
Second, we’ve remastered our best-selling Thai Red Curry into a soup and added fragrant Jasmine rice. It's a rich coconut curry broth with chicken, red peppers, and crunchy bamboo shoots. Our new Thai Red Coconut Curry Chicken tastes authentic and delicious!
