You’re going to make the best halibut tonight!

New! Halibut with Charmoula & Preserved Lemon

We’ve added our house-made charmoula (you know, that zingy fresh herb sauce of parsley, cilantro, lemon zest and hint of spice) to halibut.

Head to our meat department to pick up your container of charmoula-brushed halibut fillets, then take them home to prepare the easiest, yummiest dinner ever.

Just preheat the oven to 400°F, remove the cover and pop the container in the oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes (or until the halibut has an internal temperature of 135°F). Take it out of the oven and carefully remove the film to avoid steam.

It’s ready to serve now but we like to up the flavour with the addition of pickled onions – if you don’t already have a jar in your fridge, pick one up – and fresh lemon slices.

It looks so pretty on the plate and the fresh herbs and hint of spice make it taste like a fancy restaurant meal. We can’t get enough of it. Enjoy!
