Cake, but not so sweet


Craving a treat that isn’t too sweet? We were too.

That’s why we came up with this amazing moist and indulgent cake, part of our new “Not So Sweet” program. And while it’s free of a lot of stuff, it's full of flavour. Really! 

Our bakery team mixed almond and gluten-free baking flours with fresh orange juice and zest for a citrusy brightness. They contrasted that with a touch of honey, sweet golden raisins and rich pine nuts. These cakes are so dense and delicious you’d never guess they’re sugar-free.

They make a fun breakfast, easy dessert, and are a perfect way to slay those late-afternoon sugar cravings. They've been selling like hotcakes for Passover, and we're sure there's someone at your Easter table who'll love them too. Enjoy!
