Va va voom zesty lemons make this spaghetti sing! Inspired by a favourite restaurant dish, Our chefs upped the brightness of this classic Italian dish and it’s so good, you’ll think you’re in Capri.
They took the juice and zest of fresh lemons, added some minced onions, briny capers and glugs of extra-virgin olive oil for balanced citrusy base.
Then, they stirred in al dente spaghetti and a generous helping of grated Parmigiano Reggiano – it’s the secret that adds a creamy richness. A sprinkling of salt, pepper and fresh baby spinach finishes this sublime dish.
It’s a special lunch or easy, impressive dinner and it pairs perfectly with your favourite Sauvignon Blanc. Enjoy!
