Our new Crispy Oyster Mushroom Salad is a bowl that satisfies.
We’ve gilded the lily with this one! Our chefs kicked up the buttery, earthy richness of Ontario-grown oyster mushrooms in this delicious Italian dish.
They breaded the velvety oyster mushrooms with a umami-rich coating of Parmigiano Reggiano, breadcrumbs, and garlic, then baked until crispy. The flavour and texture are fabulous!
Paired with a peppery arugula salad, balsamic vinaigrette and more Parmigiano for topping, it's a decadent meal—And oyster mushrooms are high in fibre and a good source of protein.
