Introducing Summerhill’s Own made-fresh Poke Bowls

Did you know Poke, which roughly translates to “to cut crosswise into pieces” in Hawaiian, was born out of a no-waste scenario? Polynesians chopped leftover cuts of their daily catch into bite-sized pieces and seasoned them with salt. In the late 1800s, Japanese immigrants added soy sauce and rice to the dish. Eventually, poke made its way to the mainland and evolved into the customizable, vibrant dish we all love.

Introducing Summerhill’s Own made-fresh Poke Bowls. And we mean fresh! Our kitchen team assembles and packages these delicious bowls to get them fresh in-store Monday to Saturday!

Available in Ahi Tuna, Salmon, and Crispy Tofu, these delicious bowls include sticky rice, mango, avocado, roasted corn, and bright edamame. To bring it all together, we've included our irresistible spicy sriracha mayo. Yum!
