Our chefs confit fresh Albacore Tuna from British Columbia, then layer it with tender baby potatoes, vibrant asparagus, crunchy green beans and radishes, briny capers, rich olives, and fresh dill. Jammy eggs complement the flavours, for the perfect finishing touch—A masterpiece French salad!

Did you know? Confit (pronounced kohn-fee) is a cooking technique that involves poaching slowly, in our case, in olive oil. This long-time cooking method produces a healthy, tender, and flavourful, restaurant-quality result.

Our new Spring Niçoise Salad is sold in individual salad bowls with a generous side of our zingy French vinaigrette. Enjoy it for a healthy lunch or transfer it to your favourite serving bowl for easy get-togethers.
