A Bowl Of Fresh, Spring Pleasure
Our Spring Kale Soup is a Restorative Treat.
Made with rich vegetable stock, tender kale, and with a spike of fresh ginger and garlic.
We can’t officially call it a detox… but you can. It’s delicious — and feels so good.
If you’re partial to kicking it up a bit, read on: after reheating, we like to add a swirl of pesto and finish with a generous grating of real Parmesan.
Made in small batches and seasoned just right, it’s the kind of soup that hits reset without ever feeling like a sacrifice. However you choose to serve it, it will delight — bread and wine optional.
Enjoy!

In case you missed it…

One of our all-time favourite recipes — a simple Middle Eastern roast chicken on a bed of chickpeas and lemons. As it roasts, the lemons release their juice and essential oils, caramelizing into a syrupy, charred sweetness that coats the chicken and chickpeas with an intoxicating flavour. Easy to make, deeply flavourful, and so delicious.
