Argentina’s vast pampas plains, with fertile soil and rich grasses, provide the ideal environment for raising cattle. As feed, the vitamin-rich grass results in lean, tender, flavourful beef. Plus, the cattle graze freely, which means the beef has a lower fat content and unique taste. This is followed by 100 days of grain feeding to ensure a precise marble score.
Argentinian Certified Angus Beef is now in all Summerhill stores, just in time for the weekend. It’s a 30-day wet age, flown in from a single source producer, and machine graded with AI.
