Comfort Me With S’mores
When you slice into this new pie you can almost taste fall.
Fall is in the air and with it, comforting blankets, crackling fires and cozy days. These creature comforts were the inspiration for our new S’mores Pie.
It’s made in house with a handmade graham wafer-inspired short crust, a rich and creamy chocolate ganache—just like good melting chocolate—and a blanket of toasted marshmallow meringue. The meringue is golden-brown and crisp on the outside with a gooey inside that stretches like soft, molten taffy when pulled apart. Yum!
This beautifully crafted pie is both nostalgic and indulgent. Pair it with a warm hot toddy, and you've got the ultimate fall night. The indulgent S’mores Pie is now at all Summerhill locations. Treat yourself. Enjoy!
