We impress with our Fettuccini Alfredo with Chicken made like it should be: full of flavour, creamy, and irresistible!
This favourite dish originated in Rome in 1914 when restaurant owner Alfredo Di Lelio made a simple dish for the boss—his wife!
He swirled fresh pillowy fettuccine with rich Parmigiano and butter and created the most comforting delight. It later made its way to America where chicken, cream and parsley were added.
That’s how we know it today and that’s how our chefs prepared it.
It’s super easy to heat up then turn into your favourite pasta bowl for perfect presentation. And in true Italian spirit, why not do the final toss right at the table? It’s a fun (and delicious) way to impress whoever is the boss in your life.
