We’ve taken the empire biscuit, a Scottish bakery classic, and made it our own.
Our new Imperial Cookies are the stuff of sweet dreams: two buttery biscuits sandwiched together with bright raspberry jam then topped with sweet icing and that familiar dot of jam.
These yummies are a fave with Brits (we’re pretty sure they made it into the Buckingham Palace Coronation Souvenir Tin) and are divine with a cup of tea. But you can enjoy the nostalgic layered flavours any way you please.
This small cookie packs alot of flavour—bite into it and experience the melt-in-your-mouth buttery biscuit, smooth sweet icing, delicious raspberry, and a lingering almond finish.
