Unlike a bowl of Ramen, which is salty, fatty, and high-caloric, this is, say, a more sophisticated soup. The big main difference between the Udon and Ramen noodle is that Ramen is made with egg, while Udon is a thick wheat-flour noodle, soft and chewy.

Our bowl is packed with premium ingredients, with a not-too-spicy ginger-spiked broth, which you heat to piping hot. Then pour over the best quality steak that's been slightly charred, delicately seared shitake mushrooms, enough Udon noodles for two, sliced scallions, and a tiny dash of sriracha.
