We love our incredible Ontario peaches... but in the off-season, we get our peaches individually quick-frozen for that just-picked freshness you can enjoy all year long.
For our brand-new coffee cake, we dotted whole peach slices into the batter and layered crunchy oatmeal streusel throughout. With fine natural sea salt in the batter and glistening flaked Maldon on top to enhance the flavours, you can taste peachy, crunchy, sweet, and salty in each bite.
