Passion fruit curd on a rustic pastry is dotted with passion fruit pulp, then draped in a protective layer of clear glaze to retain its vibrant yellow colour. The curd has a uniquely intoxicating taste by combining fresh passion fruit with the creaminess of butter, egg yolks, sugar, and lemon.
