It's here! Summerhill's own version of the legendary Milk Bar Pie. An irresistibly creamy and decadent dessert with a gooey, buttery filling and a toasty, caramelized crust. A sweet and salty little journey to dessert heaven!
This beloved pie was inspired by the renowned Milk Bar Bakery in New York City. Rumor has it, it was first served in their kitchen as a family dinner dessert, then quickly made it to the menu… and the word got around. Soon, customers were waiting around the clock and around the block for this deliciously addictive pie.
At Summerhill, we are thrilled to share our own interpretation of this iconic dessert. Our master pastry chefs took on the task, and after several tastings, it was right. The texture is perfect, and strikes the perfect balance between sweet and salty, creamy and crunchy, leaving you craving for more. Can we say it's our classic butter tart on crack?
Summerhill's Own Milk Bar-Inspired Pie is on special all month for only $8.99 (reg $9.99), making it easy to grab and easy to try. This one will sell out fast, but we'll be restocking every few days.
