Dinner but make it decadent…truffle risotto w lobster

Now's the time to indulge in our extra-special Truffle Risotto with Lobster.

Pull out all the stops with this impressive dish that’s meant to be savoured. Perfectly cooked risotto (Summerhill chefs give it that signature creaminess) is paired with sweet tender lobster then finished with a luxurious glug of truffle oil and bright chopped chives.

It’s pretty spectacular and the best part is the ease.

Simply heat the risotto and lobster to instructions; then, gently fold the lobster into the risotto (save some pieces to place on top) and add the chef’s touch: a finish of truffle oil and chives.

Plate this as a fabulous dinner or starter — either way, guests will be impressed. Enjoy!
