Comfort in a bowl = Irish Lamb Stew
NEW Irish Lamb Stew, a warming dish made for chilly January days.
Soften the chill of winter days with our chefs’ latest offering: braised-until-tender New Zealand lamb, sweet carrots, and fluffy russet potatoes, all in a nice, not-too-thick broth.
We browned tender chunks of lamb shoulder then added them to our most-perfect broth (secret: it’s made with chicken stock so it’s not overpowering).
Wintry vegetables layer in more flavour and texture, while a bit of thyme adds an earthy freshness. It’s a real palate-pleaser!
Just heat it according to instructions and transfer to a serving bowl. Feel free to crank up the comfort by pairing with a crispy, chewy baguette for dunking (a pour of your preferred Cab Sauv is optional). Enjoy!
