Air Fryer Pickerel Recipe:
Whether you're choosing breaded pickerel, lemon marinated pickerel, or our fresh pickerel fillet, follow these directions for perfectly crisp fish. Preheat air fryer to 350°F, and lay fish into air fryer basket, do not overcrowd the basket otherwise the fish will get steamed and not crisp properly. Cook for 12 minutes, don't flip to avoid breaking up. Use olive oil cooking spray to spritz fillets in the middle of cooking which will add to the crispiness. Adjust cooking time if needed depending on the thickness of the fish. Serve air fryer pickerel with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.
