3-Word Mantra For The Perfect Board
There's magic in the cheeseboard. Guests love it, it’s hardly any work and makes you look like a pro.
The Secret? 3 words: soft, hard, blue.
Our stores are filled with cheeses, so shop with those 3 words in mind. For soft, think Brie. Hard, perhaps a smoked cheddar. Blue, what about Gorgonzola? Start with a large board, layer on floral greens like salal, then place your cheeses on top. Don't overcrowd, fill in spaces with our signature crackers, cheese sticks, crostini, and flavoured nuts. Fig spread is a must!
