Our new Green Curry Coconut Chicken (we make it in-house) is pure gratification.
This flavour-forward dish is fresh, green, and wonderfully complex. Of course the chicken is perfectly tender, and comes with fragrant jasmine rice, but it’s the aromatic green curry sauce that steals the show.
The secret? Our freshly made curry paste.
Crafted in-house, it’s an authentically realized blend of bird chiles, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, Thai basil, lemongrass, and coriander root. Each ingredient carefully chosen to create a layered, bold flavour profile that’s a pleasure-filled oomph!
