The get together bundt, or perfect hostess gift
Introducing our newly launched Spiced pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting, just in time for Thanksgiving. This wonderful cake is insanely moist and so good!
Our bakery team at Summerhill created countless versions, testing each one over and over to ensure the right balance of flavour—should we add more pumpkin spice? Adjust the amount of cinnamon? How's the crumb? Is the cream-cheese frosting the right consistency? Are the pumpkin-seed sprinkles crunchy enough?
After many iterations: a perfectly spiced moist crumb, draped with a maple cream cheese frosting, and a just-right crunch of caramelized pumpkin seeds.
We called it the Get together bundt. This cake really does inspire good times and get-togethers. Ideal for your Thanksgiving sweet table, adorable as a hostess gift, and the perfect (and beautiful) dessert for fall. Enjoy!
