Almost all the leafy greens consumed by Canadians come from five thousand kilometres away in the fields of California and Arizona. At Fieldless we grow produce indoors in highly controlled environments using renewable energy in Cornwall, Ontario. This allows us to create ideal growing conditions all year round (without using any pesticides!) and grow the food you eat closer to, well, you!

Canadian Curl Kale
Unlike any kale you’re used to. There is no need to clean, massage, dress or de-stem it. In fact, the stems are our favourite part! This kale’s preferred state is raw. Thanks to how we grow, it’s not fibrous or tough, but tender and without the typical bitterness. While it certainly adds to any smoothy or sauté, it’s great in sandwiches or salads—stems and all!
