Our warming Thai Coconut Chicken Soup is mood enhancing. Chicken soup is always a winner and our chefs have put a new spin on it. Inspired by the bright, rich flavours of Thailand, they’ve created their own Thai Coconut Chicken Soup.
It starts with the long-simmered broth. Our house-made chicken stock gets a booster shot of flavour with aromatic lemongrass, bright lime leaves, rich curry paste and more.
It’s given more oomph with creamy coconut milk, pieces of tender chicken, earthy mushrooms and an authentic Thai finish of sweetness, fish sauce and lime.
Garnished with fresh cilantro and lime wedges, it has a sunshiny effect that brings on smiles. It’s super easy to heat and serve and, yes, it is so, so good. Now stocked in all stores, and here online. Enjoy!
P.S. Our new Thai Coconut Chicken Soup may appear separated in the jar due to the natural properties of coconut milk. Simply give the jar a gentle turn, and the soup will quickly come together. When warmed, it transforms into a silky, creamy broth.
