That Night In New York City
Inspired by a recent trip to New York City’s Little Italy, our kitchen team made Spaghetti Vongole.
A traditional dish of clams, garlic, chili, and white wine that hails from the coastal regions of Southern Italy.
But this version includes something special, Pangrattato—fried Italian breadcrumb topping—a game-changer addition that elevates this classic dish into an unforgettable meal!
Not easy creating a pasta dish that travels from Summerhill's kitchen to yours, reheating without missing a beat—But they did it.
Clams sweet, spaghetti al dente, sauce thick with wine and garlic, flecked with pepper flakes, and those crispy breadcrumbs clinging to every strand. It tastes like heaven!
Summerhill’s Own Spaghetti Vongole is in all stores now. Serve it for dinner tonight—don’t forget a baguette to soak up the buttery, garlicky goodness that pools at the bottom of the bowl. Enjoy!
