Host Sunday brunch, with our delicious new line of quiche!

Meet Summerhill Market's exciting new line of Quiche! We've been working on these for months and now they're in stores, and they're delicious!

Made with our revolutionary structured pastry, providing the perfect foundation and texture, and ensuring a crisp crust every time. The fillings are available in flavours like classic Lorraine, Broccoli and cheddar, Tomato and bacon, Wild mushroom and cheddar, and Asparagus, red pepper and goat cheese, to name a few.

This gorgeous collection is begging for a sunny Sunday morning brunch with friends. Picture a buffet table filled with large and small quiches, garnished with fresh herbs or microgreens, and paired with a few of our prepared salads. How about Granny Smith, Caesar, or Greek? Or you can make a simple salad of cherry tomatoes, olive oil, and basil, seasoned with sea salt and cracked black pepper.

Adding a few glass bottles of sparkling water, like Pelligrino or Gerolsteiner, to your table adds instant lux—Now just get your invites out!

P.s. Yes, you can freeze quiche! It's a convenient way to have them on hand for future meals. See our instructions below.

How to freeze quiche:

1. Place quiche in large freezer bags for extra protection.

2. Label package with the date you are placing in freezer, they can be stored in the freezer for up to 2-3 months.

3. When you're ready to enjoy, remove from freezer and thaw in refrigerator overnight. This is very important, you can’t bake from frozen.

4. Once completely thawed, reheat the quiche in preheated 350°F oven for about 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
