Best Butter Chicken Recipe
1 Summerhill tray pack chicken thighs, about 900 g, skinless and boneless
1 - 350 mL jar Summerhill Market Butter Chicken Sauce
2 tablespoons butter with 1 teaspoon olive oil
Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish
Warm naan, for serving
Method
Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. Heat oil or ghee in a large skillet over medium-high. Add chicken, season lightly with salt, and sear until golden, about 6–8 minutes. Reduce heat to medium, pour in Butter Chicken Sauce and simmer until chicken is tender and cooked through, about 12 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and serve with naan.
Kitchen Note: Prefer cubed chicken? Use any Summerhill tray pack assorted chicken pieces. Cut into 2-inch chunks, sear for 1–2 minutes, then add Summerhill Butter Chicken Sauce and simmer about 15 minutes, until fully cooked.
