We couldn’t let strawberry season slip by without doing something spectacular. So we headed straight to the source—sun-kissed Ontario strawberry fields—to simmer the ruby-red jam that stars in our newest house-made ice cream. Then we raided our recipe archives (yes, the jam recipe everyone raves about) and swirled it through a sweet cream base. After blind-tasting every strawberry ice cream on the shelf, the final verdict from our team? “Wow, that’s good!”—and we know your palate will agree.
We started with peak-season local berries, simmered them into our signature jam, then folded it into sweet cream while still cold. It’s just-sweet-enough, with a hint of citrus to let the berry shine. Like all our house-made ice creams, it’s small-batch, slow-churned, and made without shortcuts.
