Try to resist our best-seller Aguachile Verde. It’s similar to ceviche but with a super-fresh green chili sauce. Poached shrimp (enough for two) are complemented by diced sweet peppers, crunchy cucumbers and peppery radish. Just transfer the freshness to a large serving platter and add our homemade tortilla chips. So good!
