At Summerhill, our secret weapon is a mix of zesty orange, crushed garlic, condensed milk, and aromatic spices for an authentic, rich, and fragrant braising liquid.
These mouthwatering flavours infuse the pork as it cooks, creating melt-in-your-mouth goodness. A final finish under the broiler adds golden crispness, so all you have to do is heat, serve, and take all the credit!
