Did you know that this popular pie is a classic English dessert? It gets its fun name from two key ingredients: bananas and toffee.
Our pastry chefs start by making a delicious and crisp graham-cracker crust. For an extra creamy texture, they swapped out the toffee for sweet dulce de leche. It’s layered on the crust for the most decadent filling that’s topped with sliced bananas and finished with a generous crown of billowy coffee whipped cream.
It’s such a winning combo.
Easy to serve, our Banoffee Pie keeps in the fridge for up to 5 days and you can up the ante by topping this tasty treat with chocolate shavings or fresh coffee grounds. Enjoy!
